Sekawan Store was founded in March 2005. It was the culmination of 5 years retailing experience for founder Mr. Bimo Setiawan who had previously operated Toys and Hobbys in Medan City. the store continues to enhance an international reputation for quality and service.

Sekawan Store is a multi-award wining store, ranging from Best new business in the local North Sumatera Small Business Awards (2007/2008).
